Here, you can find information on all the updates that have been made to Lightstorm. The archived notices are not updated themselves, however, so be wary of clicking on an old link - it might not work.
April 23 2004
Lyrical Cats has 10 new lyrics, Grey Tabbyz has been updated - as always.
March 24 2004
Lyrical Cats has been updated with 9 new songs, and Grey Tabbyz has had some pretty majour updates going on. I do plan to start changing the LC Featured Lyric once a week, every Wednesday, and actually DO it this time, so I won't put that in the Updates page.
March 4 2004
A couple new pets have been put on the Pixelates page.
February 28 2004
Happy birthday, dear mommy... ^_^ Lyrical Cats and Grey Tabbyz updated. New Pixelates coming soon.
February 15 2004
Grey Tabbyz has been updated several times since the last update here. I just never really bother posting it here, because nobody who's interested in Grey Tabbyz is going to be at this site, anyway. But 4 new pixel pets are up. :) And I might have some new poetry soon...
January 19 2004
Grey Tabbyz quite updated! }D Also, 23 new songs on Lyrical Cats as well as a new (finally) featured lyric. That's not a weekly thing, it's basically a 'when I get around to it' thing. Kinda like the QotM on the Lightstorm front page.
January 16 2004
My usual info - Pixelates and Grey Tabbyz have both been updated over the last couple of days. That's all for now, but I'm working on a story...
January 10 2004
Pixel Pets has some new pets on it, and Grey Tabbyz has been updated. Oh, and I finally added Pixel Pets to the top bar. :)
January 6 2004
Grey Tabbyz has been updated, as has the Pixel Pets page.
January 2 2003
Happy New Year's, everybody! So, updates so far this year include some stuff on Lyrical Cats (though not much), quite a bit on Grey Tabbyz, and also on the Pixelates. Lovely new pixelates. ^_^ I'm a Shadowhore!
December 23 2003
Put up a new link on (where else?) Links - The Shadowlands - and a new page: Pixel Pets. Go check it out.
November 29 2003
Added a dozen new lyrics, all David Bowie, to Lyrical Cats. Go check 'em out.
November 25 2003
So I didn't update on the 20th like I promised I would... you should know better than to trust me by now. Promises, Promises. Anyway, today I added a profile for Kestrel (aka Varyna) to the Loungey page. Big news, innit? I also updated the Kari's Characters listing, and if Charona would get online, would do the same for her. I don't know if Crow's needs updating...Anyway, I also did some very minour updates to Lyrical Cats.
November 19 2003
Don't worry; I know Lightstorm's updates are starting to... slow... but I haven't forgotten it. Lightstorm is still my baby, and I do update whenever I have a moment and content. For now, Lyrical Cats has several new lyrics to view, and I will have even more tomorrow. Same goes for Sunny Days (J'nol and Omalth's Weyr), I will have some logs later on.
October 25 2003
It has been a month (and then some) this time... Oh well. I have been busy with Grease, but that's over now (for more information, go look at my livejournal). Some small updates today include some cleaning up of a few pages, a total overhaul of Links, and a new lyric to go with a Loungey profile for Loch.
September 13 2003
Hmm, if I'd waited until tomorrow, it would have been a month since my last update. Anyway, I have been doing all sorts of stuff to the site, primarily in the Lyrical Cats section, I just haven't been making a note of it. But I'm here to tell you that Lyrical Cats is really and truly running now, with a huge selection of lyrics (254 individual songs, to be exact!), a WORKING (that's the key word here...) lyric upload and request form, a nice little Lyric of the Day feature, and its very own updates page. A beautiful website, if I do say so myself, and the result of many, many hours of hard work, tedium, mind-boggling frustration, and sore wrists. So y'all damn well better appreciate it!
But seriously, it's there and it's huge and it's great and I'd love it if it didn't just sit there, alone and dusty and all that jazz. So send me your lyrics, folks, and your requests, and make my effort (and my carpal tunnel syndrome) worth it!
And in other news, I've done quite a nice page on my PernMUSH character J'nol, but I haven't a link to that quite yet. For now, be content with an URL - http://www.kalliroscope.net/pern/jnol.html - and I'll get some kind of Pern or PernMUSH section up... later!
August 14 2003
Well, at least Seanic's back up. It's been down for ages, and now it's up again, so I can FINALLY get back to work. So much has happened since 4th of July (which appears to be the last time I updated this, though other sources would point to July 26...). Les Mis is over and Midsummer opens tonight. School starts on Monday and my sister is travelling around a very small world in four months. And I have totally revamped the Lyrics. Go look at it - it's now called Lyrical Cats, and it's a separate website cos I used frames on it that dislike hanging out with Lightstorm's regular frames (very uncooperative & disagreeable, are frames), and on it I have put exactly 110 individual lyrics over the course of this VERY LONG DAY (actually, yesterday and today, but today I've been working almost nonstop since 6:30am, and it's now 2 in the afternoon). That includes the...however many there were from the old lyrics page, which is being retired (we'll give it a watch as a retirement gift, as well as a sizable pension... all the hard drive space it can possibly use up!). Um, yes, well, I'm in a silly and talkative mood. Everyone has to read Stephen King's Night Shift, cos I don't want to be the only vaguely grossed out person in the world.
July 4 2003
June 23 2003
Added the profiles for Charona's lounge characters Damon West and Ricochet Starfire, with the lyrics to their accompanying theme songs - I'm So Bad, by Oingo Boingo, and Snowblind, by Styx, respectively. Also put up lyrics to I Want It All, by Queen (Kineta's theme), and Brave New World by Styx (Javen's theme).
June 21 2003
I'll be posting a review of Harry Potter 5: Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix any day now. Needless to say, it's intense. Oh, and as far as actual updates are concerned, I did my usual adjustments to the lounge calendar, and put up a profile for Loungechar Javen Warhol, better known as T4wannaB, the Titanianium Man.
June 20 2003
Finished the Lounge Calendar! ...for the most part. A few dates still need to be worked out and added, but other than that, it's up!
Also put up a few profiles for the Lounge page - those for Lionel Dujardine, Willow, Tomas Ortez, and Imani Koniq (the latter replete with backstory!).
June 18 2003
I actually started this on the 15th, but was unable to post it at that time cos my computer decided to have a fit. Anyhow, I've begun an Official Lounge Calendar, to list all the birthdays, anniversaries, and special Lounge Holidays that we have at our happy home. So far, all the month pages are finished as far as birthdays are concerned (need to work out the DuJardines' anniversary, as well as Jude's bday, actually), and I've put up the day pages for April, August, and July. Go check it out, via the Lounge page - it's actually really cool, and I've put a lot of work into it!
May 29 2003
Big updates to Nine Lives; can be found on that site's updates page.
May 28 2003
Added the lyrics for the song One Day I'll Fly Away, from the movie Moulin Rouge, sung by Nicole Kidman.
----------
Later Same Day
Just a very small update to the Nine Lives website.
May 27 2003
Finally completed Ember Cherrytree's profile (to be found on the Lounge page, under Kari's characters). To go with this, I added the short story Eternal High, which stars Miss Cherrytree.
May 26 2003
Nothing special, just changed the background (and therefore font colours) of the main home page so that it's a good deal more readable. I also put up the lyrics for the song Cats in the Cradle, by Harry Chapin. I also fixed an annoying bug in the Velvet Dreams gallery, so now those pictures should actually pop up in a new window. Lovely, lovely code. ^_^
May 25 2003
A lot of changes have been made to this website today... not the least among them is the name switch, from the old Kalliroscope.Net to Lightstorm. Consequently, I have changed all the banners and return-links and things to reflect this change. I also revised the main page - you might notice the absence of the old role-play forum, which nobody ever used, and one or two new links, including one link to the brand-spankin'-new art gallery, Velvet Dreams. Also, there's a new Coming Soon page, which is just what it sounds like it ought to be. In addition to all this - I put up the lyrics to the U2 song, With or Without You.
-----------
Oh yes, and to go along with the name change, I've been working on changing the colour scheme & images, backgrounds, etcetera of the site. Including this one. ;)
May 24 2003
Whenever I want to do something on the site but haven't got a real update, I add lyrics. Today is a good example. Three new lyrics - Only an Ocean Away, from the Sarah Brightman album Eden; Nothing Ever Goes As Planned, by Styx; and The Movie in My Mind from the musical Miss Saigon.
May 20 2003
Added two new lyrics - Pity the Child and The Deal-No Deal, both from the 1980's musical Chess. Also a new Quote of the Moment, from Chess, as a matter of fact. I'm on a bit of a Chess kick just now, I'm doing a song from it in my voice class. ^_^
May 16 2003
Nine Lives updated. That can be found on Nine Lives' updates page (imagine that).
May 13 2003
I've been reading a lot of Stephen King lately, and this is especially apparent to the readers of my latest short story, The Story of Lily Hammith. When I say short, mind you, I mean nearly 2000 words (4 pages in Microsoft Word), my longest solo piece yet, save the highly ambitious (and not yet completed) Project: Jellicle. It's a gory story that I think is quite good. ^_^
April 19 2003
Got Charona & Kali chars all fully listed for the Lounge page. Crow's is next. Also added one story - The Light of the Dawn - to the Stories section of the Electric Harlequin. It's a short, original piece that I think is somewhat good. *g*
April 18 2003
Been real busy with school and now Oz, too... so, no updates for a while. I'm going to do a lot of work on the Lounge pages over the next few weeks, and hopefully some other stuff as well (maybe on the Art Gallery ;)).
March 31 2003
Put up the profile for Coyote on the Lounge page (under Kari's characters). I'm going to be doing some more stuff tomorrow morning, I think.
March 25 2003
I got up two new lyrics - A Summer Place (which is really creepy for such a sappy happy song, but then, I did first hear it in Rose Red...), and Not While I'm Around (from Stephen Sondheim's Sweeney Todd, the musical about the Demon Barber of Fleet Street). Go read 'em. And try to get mp3s or something if you can, they have both got good tunes.
March 22 2003
Haven't updated for ages - been too busy, with school stuff and then The Sound of Music... yours truly has been a nun for over a month now. Two performances of 8 left.
Stuff has happened in the Lounge that I want to record, and upload some (edited) logs for your perusal... couple more links, new quote, and if I'm lucky and my computer works, a pic in the Gallery.
February 10 2003
Big update! I finally put up the Art Gallery! All pages are up so far, and one pic - a drawing of Rime, by yours truly, under Off-Comp Drawings. Go look at it...
Also, I updated that blasted Quote, *g* and I will SOON have loads more pics to put on the Gallery, as well as a review of the movie of Chicago to post on the Harlequin.
February 5 2003
To make up for the lack of updates over the past week or so, I added a slew of lyrics this morning. They are as follows...
--------
Suite Madame Blue (Styx)
Don't Go In the Basement (Oingo Boingo)
A Little Bit of Good (Kander & Ebb's Chicago)
Acid Flesh (White Zombie)
Anthem (from Chess, by Bjorn Ulvaeus, Benny Andersson, and Tim Rice)
B'way version of The Music of the Night (Andrew Lloyd Webber & Richard Stilgoe's Phantom of the Opera)
Freaks (by Girls Against Boys, from the movie version of Hedwig & the Angry Inch)
--------
And I also changed the frontpage Quote.
January 27 2003
Nice People Click Here.
--------
Oh, and in other news, the Quote of the Day is now the Quote of Whenever I Feel Like It.
January 18 2003
I warned you that a sleepover constitutes an Act of God and thus I can't be held responsible for not updating the Quote of the Day!! But I got one up for the 18th ... an hour before it's the 19th, admittedly... also, nearly went insane, then realised I hadn't linked to Maverick and Virus's bios, so I did that. ^_^;; Oh, and for anyone who cares and will be reading this but won't be hearing this from my lips anyway - I got Sister Sophia!
January 16 2003
Not much; changed the quote of the day, which I kinda missed the past week ^_^;; and added the lyrics to I'm Afraid, by Oingo Boingo. It's Kali's temporary theme song, y'see... and her bio is ALMOST done!
January 8 2003
Some updates made to Nine Lives, which you can see on that site's Updates page. I also added a story, one of my own, to the Electric Harlequin. It's an original, not fanfiction at all (yay for firsts), and called The Lady at the Loom. It's kind of fantasy. Only two pages, go read it. ^_^
I also changed the Quote of the Day. :)
January 7 2003
Just wanted to mention that I changed the front page's Quote of the Day, and also added two more of Crow's character profiles (for Maverick and Virus) and their theme songs (Oingo Boingo's Ain't This The Life and Firehouse's Rock On the Radio, respectively).
-------
I would like to mention two things that you can look forward to in the future... one - I really will make that Art gallery do something. I'd like to put up some of my friends' work as well as my own, mainly because my own mostly sucks (I'm planning to post mainly psp-made graphics for this, probably very few of my own hand-drawings), but also because theirs are very good.
The second thing I might do is a sort of adoption page and forum... but that will take me a really long time, I have to make graphics and set it up and all that. But anyway, just thought I'd mention those...
January 4 2003
Yo!
Okay, now that I have your attention... I added three lyrics - Where the Wild Roses Grow, which is a dark and gothy and romantic and absolutely BEAUTIFUL song that totally creeped out my mother, by Nick Cave and the Bad Seeds; Mercy Street, an achingly beautiful, very haunting piece that WILL GET STUCK IN YOUR HEAD, by Peter Gabriel; and Crystal Ball, a rather angsty little ditty (runnin' outta synonyms for song, here! Maybe I can call the next one a chanson...) that has a simple yet excellent melody and quite powerful lyrics. Oh, and it's by Styx.
I also made two other changes to this rambly spider's web - one, I adjusted the Lounge pages so that wherever it had said "Q" or "Agent Q" before, it nows says "Crow" or "Crow Skyler". Cos the-darling-formerly-known-as-Q changed her nom de plume. I also added, to the front page, something called 'Quote of the Day'. This is quite simple. Every day (barring sleepovers, earthquakes, loss of Internet access, or other acts of God), I shall go in and change the quote. I may or may not mention it on the updates page, but it shall be changed nonetheless. I hope this'll keep me on my toes and remembering to come in here and do other updates as well.
Oh yeah, and I added a couple-a links to the Links page (no, really, Kali? Where else, to the Funny Thing Forum? *sheesh*).
January 2 2003
True to her word, La Kalliroscopa has made Updates. The first updates of this year, how exciting. *lol* Well, they're pretty hefty ones, consisting of three character profiles fully completed (for Q's chars - Loki, Eikre, and Sally), and the lyrics to those three's theme songs ("Better Luck Next Time", "Insanity", and "Pain", respectively), all three of which are by Oingo Boingo (Q likes Oingo Boingo, can you tell?).
December 31 2002
I LOVE MY TIGGIE!!!!! ^_^ Guess what lovely darling called me from Norway to wish me a happy new year's eve and tell me that I am a wretched Californianite and wretchedly behind? And then chatted for a few minutes before she broke the phone? ;) Yesyes. I love my Tiggie.
------------
In other notes, HAPPY NEW YEAR'S EVE!
Whee! Exhilerating. ;) Anyhow, the Kaliscoo is in a good mood this evening, and is planning to do more updates in 2003 than she did this evening - this evening's updates consisting of adding one (1) link to the Links page (what other?). Go look at it. Browse. It is an imp's art page and 'tis goodness indeed.
December 24 2002
Merry Christmas to the ones who celebrate it. To those who don't, happy Hannukkah, Happy Kwanzaa, Happy Shab-i-yaldah, Eid muburak, Happy Solstice, or in general a happy wintery time of the year!
And on to other news. I added the lyrics to the song Conquistador, by Procol Harum. GREAT song. Go check it out. As soon as I figure out how to put links to downloading mp3s on this site, I'll have that one available for download!
December 21 2002
Added six (count 'em, six) song lyrics to the Net! Narcissus, by Cynthia McQuillin; The Man Who Sold The World, by David Bowie; Aladdin Sane, also by David Bowie; Rocket Man, by Elton John; Little Earthquakes, by Tori Amos; and Pinball Wizard, from The Who's Tommy.
December 17 2002
*massaging her wrists* Nine Lives is now one hundred percent on Kalinet. All links and images have been updated, so it should work as well on this server as on GeoCities. I'm not exactly unveiling it to the general public, as it were, quite yet -- I commissioned a graphic layout from the lovely folks at Pieville, and when I get that I'll put on the kalinet Nine Lives and THEN let it be the one and only Nine Lives. Until that time, the messy, haphazard, untidy, terribly-designed, largely AOLpress-made GeoCities version is still the official one!
December 16 2002
Added a poem 'Seeking the Moon' to the poetry section of the Electric Harlequin. It was written by me ages ago in a poetry marathon with a friend, but for some reason I never posted it.
Later same day...
Uploaded three of my Cats fanfics, Lost Kitten, Beneath the Cherry Tree, and the very recently written Genocide. All three are, I think, slightly creepy, but are also three of my best stories - which may be why I put them up first. ^_^ Lost Kitten is based on Beethoven's song Figlio Perduto, and is first person by Jellylorum. Cherry Tree is an anonymous-until-the-end romance/angst. Genocide is a bizarre little piece of work, very morbid. Go read 'em and review!
December 4 2002
Added lyrics for four songs, all by the band ABBA (one of my favourite bands of all time). They are: Summer Night City, I Am the City, The Piper, and The Winner Takes It All.
I also changed the look of the Electric Harlequin, so it's much... cleaner. I think it's nice. ^_^
December 3 2002
Added lyrics for two songs, Hot Patootie and Superheroes, both from Richard O'Brien's bizarre and infamous musical, The Rocky Horror Show. Go check 'em out - two of my favourite songs from a fantastically bizarre show.
November 17 2002
Eek! I have to get to work writing these reviews, I saw Jesus Christ Superstar (the US tour) last week and RENT earlier today and I don't even have my trip report for Cats in London in 2000 written yet! Sheesh. Anyhoo, I posted the lyrics for the Beatles song, 'I Will', which is Koniq's theme to Russell. Lol...
November 8 2002
Added three lyrics to the Lyrics page (where else?) - Diamonds are Forever, from the James Bond movie (lyrics are by one of my all-time favourite lyricists, Don Black, who also worked on Phantom of the Opera and Sunset Boulevard); The Impossible Dream, from the musical The Man of La Mancha; and Whistle Down the Wind, from Andrew Lloyd Webber's musical of the same name (I've forgotten the lyricist, so as soon as I can look that up and find out, I'll put it on as well).
November 6 2002
It's all right, I'm here now! ...Sleepy Hollow humour, don't mind me... anyway, I just posted a story, a very crazy tale called The Fedora (and so on - long title), written by me and Q both. Go read it. By the time you have recovered enough to search for the straitjackets, we'll already be in Toronto.
October 28 2002
I swear to God, I'm still around and alive! Unlike some people... anyway, sorry, I've had some personal difficulties lately, and basically haven't been able to work on the site. Yeah. So... I'm getting my butt in gear now (what a weird phrase), and put up Willow and Tex's profiles on the Lounge page (though they're neither of 'em complete) - Willow's got a lovely pic, too, go take a look, I coloured it in. ^_^
Oh, yes, and if you go to This directory you might see some neato pics, most of which were done by me at this point, but loads of which are Charona-babe's chars. Eventually I'm going to put up an actual PAGE, prolly on the Gallery, with these pics, who they are, who did them, when, and amusing captions.
October 7 2002
Started work on putting Kalinet into frames... I have a few adjustments to do, but other than that I think it's working. And I added a few cossies to the Halloween page.
October 5 2002
Further work on the Loungey Halloween page, adding cossies left and right. I'll get a few of Q's bios up later, maybe tonight, tomorrow... well, within this week at least.
------------
Whoo, I rock - I finished the Halloween page! ALL costumes now up, including that poor belated Rose of mine. It's 6 minutes to tomorrow, and my hands ache from all that typing and my neck hurts from craning it to see the tv and watch SNL at the same time.... which might explain why I hadn't finished the Halloween page til just now. But anyway. Good night, people, and have a happy Halloween! ...in a little less than a month, that is.
October 2 2002
Everything I've done lately seems to be for the Lounge. And that includes today's updates. But don't worry, I have a few poems to add to the Electric Harlequin soon, as well as starting to get up those stories and reviews!
As for TODAY'S updates... I fully updated the Halloween page, and added Ghost's profile to the Kari's chars. Oh, and I also added the lyrics for Only a Lad, by Oingo Boingo, to the Lyrics section. On account of it's Ghosty's theme. ^_~
September 30 2002
Couple days ago I added the profile for Charona's character, Kineta, more commonly known as Kitty - quite an interesting person... and today I added Jace, also Charona's, and the lyrics for her theme song - Another One Bites The Dust, by Queen, which you can go find in the lyrics section cos I'm too lazy to put up the url right now. ;)
I'm letting the non-Lounge Kali's Characters section slide cos as far as I can see, that's basically what the Lounge profiles are doing, and better; but I'll put up some more profiles for my chars very soon, I swear...
September 21 2002
I just found out that my birthday - Thursday, September 19 - was National Talk Like a Pirate Day! So shiver my timbers... damn, I'm late.
Oh well. In other news, I put up the lyrics for the song 905 by The Who, lyrics provided by Charona cos that's the theme song for her character, appropriately named 905, whose bio has just been added to the Lounge page. I also added the lyrics for You Must Love Me, from the film version of Evita by Andrew Lloyd Webber & Tim Rice. No particular reason for adding these lyrics; I just had them handy, and I love the song.
September 19 2002
Worship me, for 'tis my birthday! Yay. I'm so wonderful. *g* Did some more work on the Lounge page. That's my update. ^_^
September 16 2002
Whoo, BIIIIG updates! I added two whole new sections! The Lounge and Lyrics. The Lounge is for the Loungechatters, so I don't really need to explain it, but I have so far gotten up the index, and an index for my characters, and will hopefully have Q & Charona's up in a couple of days. I also put up Ember, Kalliroscope, and Rime so far, I believe.
As for the lyrics, that's so far got an index and two songs - Rizzo's Song and Sally's Song, amusingly. Former's from the musical Grease, and the latter is from Nightmare Before Christmas. Good songs, both - and also both ones I've had stuck in my head a lot lately, trying to learn them.
September 6 2002
Discovered a slight, but quite annoying, problem with the guestbook and all the review books, where it wouldn't let one post without an http:// url. And just plain http:// didn't work either - you need a full url. Most annoying. So I've changed that - quite tedious, going through and doing it for every individual book, but anything for my guests, eh? *g* Smarminess over...
September 2 2002
I'm terrible... 'more updates', my eye. :P Okay, updates - two totally new poems (The Swimmers and The Ones Who Are Alone), and I changed the name of Lost In My Own Home to Slowly Going Mad. I'll try to put up more char bios, as I keep making more characters (ai!) and should really put up bios for the ones I've got now... -_-;;
August 24 2002
Hey! I told you I'd put up a new poem today! ^_^ Check out Lost In My Own Home, a poem that very much actually happened to me... -_-;; It was mildly creepy. Anyway. Also put up the char bio for Kaiyan Ultadnesi, everyone's favourite vampire prince. ^_^ Expect more updates as the day progresses! :)
August 23 2002
What have I done? Nothing, really. I was at the HSC conference, then classes started, then auditions for Hot L Baltimore (got a callback... but wasn't cast. Oh well), then just general flakiness... but basically, here I am, I have NOT forgotten the site. Oh - and the Lounge is now called The Red Devil (a bar), cos it was getting REALLY confusing, mixing up the two Lounges. ^_^ Expect more character profiles and at least one new poem tomorrow, as I'll have loads of comp time then! :)
August 13 2002
Review books for all of the poems are up, and that includes the lonely little guest writer's poem. ^_^ Also for a couple things on the Other page, I'll finish that up today. And I have a guestbook for the main site, too! I also put up two forums... a kind of general discussion forum and a roleplay forum. I don't know who's going to talk on them, but... *sigh* What the hell. ^_^
August 10 2002
Okay... so I lied, and DIDN'T update any more that day... or for the next two days. *winces* I updated now, adding a poem (Lost and Lonely, by Agent Q, a very good friend of mine) to the Guest Writers section of the Electric Harlequin. :) Didn't add any writings of my own, or even any character bios (I swear I'll get to work on those soon... I have another character to add, too >_<). But I did put up a nifty little review book for a bunch of poems! Haven't got 'em all yet, but I have from Threnody For The Unknown Criminal to The Dying Garden (on the list of poems).
August 7 2002
Added a Links page! Whee! And links to LOADS of sites. I'll have loads more updates as the day progresses, since I'm home alone and get the computer all day... ^_^
August 6 2002
It's almost midnight (my prime hours for the Internet - 6 am and midnight), so I'll be getting off to bed soon... but over the past hour or so, I uploaded a whopping eight poems. One of which (Blood at Midnight) I wrote right before I posted it. ;) Of the others, one (Empty Diamonds) is really song lyrics, one (The Electric Harlequin) was partially the inspiration for the writing section's name, and the other five are all based on the same Atlantis-style desert city I made up, Silverado. So go read 'em. None of them are too awful! ^_^
August 5 2002
I am so sleepy... that's what you get for staying up past midnight and then getting up at six the next day... Anyway, updates - right. Posted Fallen Angel and A Lovelier Snow, which are both... kind of poemy things... well... they go under Other on the Electric Harlequin. I've gotten a lot of good reviews for Fallen Angel, so it must be good. ^_^ Also thirteen (count 'em - 13!) poems to go under, uh, poetry. Yes...
August 4-5 2002
More midnight work. ;) Added about seven trillion poems... my wrists are so sore from typing... well, okay, only seven. Go look at them. They're all kinda old, but still good! ;) I hope to put the rest up tomorrow or the day after, and then add some slambooks or something for comments. If anyone comes here and cares to comment. Sigh. I'm going to bed now... oh, yeah, and the character directory will get updated too. G'night, y'all!
August 4 2002
Continued work on the Electric Harlequin, uploading poems and stories and such to be linked to eventually... I also did a lot of little things like corrected broken links, re-formatted some pages, etc.
---Later same day---
Um... the usual work on how things look. I'm never quite satisfied... Added a banner for the Electric Harlequin page, I rather like it, myself. ^_^ Added the poem The Dying Garden, and a (slightly old) review of The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Rings.
August 3-4 2002
Two days cos it's, uh, kind of midnight. ^_^;; Added Gervaine to the Char Dir. Mostly. Fixed a few things, as always... began work on the Electric Harlequin. I also decided to add a kind of gallery for my artwork... not that I have much, but... yeah. *g*

Some work on the look of things - check out the index's kick-ass new look... I LOVE that background image, don't you? ^_^ Also added dear Mr Serval (aka Lee Ranton) to the Character Directory.

Today Kalliroscope.Net officially opened. I'd already done a little work on it yesterday, though (bought it yesterday, too!), putting up a basic index. That's... really it, though... oh, yeah, and I got to work transfering Nine Lives to kali net. Today, I've put up the Character Directory and Kali (the character)'s page. I'll get up the other bios as they're written, adjust everything for a better look (black on white is SO boring!!), and put up the Electric Harlequin later. Hopefully within the week! Cross your fingers...
