| Physical Appearence Desc.: | Ember appears to be in her mid-teens - in reality, she's 21 years old. This deceptive appearence is the result of being 5'3", with a slim, straight figure, which, when coupled with the soft, rounded features of her face, gives her a childish look. Her hair is quite short, carefully styled, and strawberry blond, with a lock of hair on either side of her face dyed black, with the tips flame-gold. Her skin is creamy-pale, and her eyes a light blue-grey in colour. A typical outfit for her would be something rather preppy, tight jeans or shorts coupled with tank-tops or other tight shirts. She’s fond of the colours pink and yellow in particular, and almost always wears sandals, as well as a few pieces of jewellery, and always has make-up on. |

| Backstory: | Bruin Cherrylake, born Midio Cherrylake, was a businessman who had invented a new kind of device for telecommunications. He patented it, and opened his own business. This venture was successful, and the young man who had started out with nothing became rich. Once his future was secured, he married his high school sweetheart, Dorravera (born Alscera) Skytree. They had one child, a daughter whom they named Jiase. This little girl grew up somewhat spoiled – both Dorravera and Bruin had been very poor as children, and now that they had money, they tended to spend a lot of it on their daughter. When Jiase was 8 years old, her father hired a new secretary, named Perrier Seabloom. Bruin was very happy with Perrier, who was a polite, pleasant young man and a hard worker. He invited Seabloom over to the Cherrylake-Skytree house for dinner on multiple occasions, introducing Seabloom to Dorravera and Jiase. Perrier was friendly towards little Jiase from the very start. He played games with her, brought her presents, and Bruin was delighted that his secretary got on so well with his child. Dorravera was a little suspicious, but kept her doubts to herself. Jiase, of course, adored Perrier, as eight year olds will adore anyone who gives them gifts and is generally fun and nice. The games and presents slowly progressed beyond the innocent, and when Jiase was eleven, went a little too far. Jiase didn’t realize anything was wrong with this, and, quite guilelessly, spoke to her mother about it. Dorravera, her worst suspicions confirmed, was horrified, and immediately called up Bruin at work to tell him. Bruin was frankly enraged, and attacked Perrier with a stapler. Perrier escaped with his life, though he had to go to the hospital, and Bruin finally calmed down. Bruin was arrested for assault and battery, but got out on a very low bail, and Perrier was arrested (and jailed) for rape of a minour. Jiase was by no means traumatized by this incident, and never really understood what was wrong with it, or why nice Mr. Seabloom was in jail and Daddy had to get a new secretary – Miss Flamejoy – who wasn’t nearly as much fun. When Jiase was 13, she chose for her new name Ember, to go along with the name of her boyfriend – Blaze – who was 1 year older than her, and already had his own name. The fact that they broke up two months later was a pity. The rest of her life has been pretty uneventful – neither parent has died or gone insane or anything, and Ember still lives at her family’s mansion. |
| Personality Desc.: | Ember seems, at first glance, to be your typical ditz. Every ard is full of them, and Rocavi is no exception. But at second glance… nope, she’s still a ditz. Despite being a giggly, perky airhead who never bothers to think about anything beyond the superficial, Ember is a very nice person, generous, loyal, and friendly. And it isn’t so much a lack of intelligence on her part as the simple fact that she doesn’t bother to think deep thoughts – being stupid is much more comfortable. |
